Dr David Gething and Trilby White moved to Hong Kong in the year 2000 and opened their first veterinary clinic, Creature Comforts Veterinary Housecall Practice in 2002. Running veterinary clinics, having a family and looking after pets is very time consuming and the Gething's buy a lot of their purchases on-line when they have the opportunity. This led them to think that there must be many other busy, professional pet owners in Hong Kong who don't have the time to go to their local pet shop or vet clinic to buy the best products for their pet
