PPS is provided jointly by EPS Company (Hong Kong) Limited and PCCW's subsidiary Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited. It introduced phone channel in 1993 and the online channel in 1999. PPS currently records millions of transactions monthly, for over a wide variety of merchants ranged from public utilities, Government/Statutory organisations, banks, telecommunications companies, to educational institutions, and charity organisation. There are now hundreds of PPS registration terminals all over Hong Kong, including most Circle K Convenience Stores, PCCW Shops, AEON branches and some major banks to provide you the convenience of setting up the PPS account, change password and other related services.
