Ho Yuen Express is an all-new Hong Kong food truck, offering new taste of local Cantonese delicacies and specialties from south China's Chiu Chow region.

Ho Yuen Express Food Truck carries on the Lion Rock spirit as it tours eight tourism hotspots in Hong Kong as part of Food Truck Pilot Scheme by Hong Kong Tourism Commission, including the Central Harbourfront Event Space, Ocean Park and Hong Kong Disneyland. 

Apart from serving food on the spot, Ho Yuen Express also offers delivery to surrounding areas and catering services for events around town.
