Yoho Group, the first B2C e-commerce company in Hong Kong listed on the HKEX main board, has adopted an innovative approach to business with its online-merge-offline (OMO) model. This model includes the Yoho E-commerce Platform and three physical stores in Kwun Tong, Cheung Sha Wan and Causeway Bay. The Group has acquired an impressive consumer base with more than 880,000 registered users and over 2,290,000 monthly active users. It offers a broad selection of products with approximately 24,000 SKUs in consumer electronics and home appliances. Data from Frost & Sullivan's 2020/21 survey indicates that Yoho leads the e-commerce market in Hong Kong for consumer electronics and home appliances, in terms of website traffic and online retail sales.
